Guide to the Agriturismi of the Province of Lucca

The agriturismo is to be found in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines national park, 200 m from the centre of Corfino, adjacent to the Orecchiella park. Giovanni Bernabei, the owner, welcomes guests in two apartments, an old stable and a chestnut-drying barn, both tastefully renovated, sleeping a total of eight people. There is also a swimming pool for guests and horse lovers can visit a stable with help from a farrier, if required. Giovanni raises sheep and Garfagnana beef cattle, as well as producing millefiori honey. There are beautiful walks along the nearby paths and, for those who love traditional cooking, restaurants offer in their dishes the many flavours of the Garfagnana.
